На основе систематизации актуальных исследований рассматриваются истоки подхода, основные принципы, инструменты оценки и доказательства эффективности. Особое внимание уделено интеграции результатов современных метаанализов, демонстрирующих эффективность подхода в контексте рабочей среды. Показано, что КПП представляет собой структурированный, научно обоснованный подход к коучингу, направленный на выявление и развитие сильных сторон личности, повышение благополучия и оптимального функционирования.
