В статье исследуется проблема интеграции риск-ориентированного подхода в процесс формирования стратегии финансового роста предприятия. На основе систематизации теоретических положений и эмпирических данных уточняется содержание категории «риск-ориентированная стратегия финансового роста» и её место в системе корпоративного финансового управления. Выделяются ключевые виды финансовых рисков, оказывающих влияние на выбор темпов роста, структуры капитала и инвестиционных решений, а также обосновываются методы их количественной оценки и способы учёта при стратегическом планировании. Доказывается необходимость комплексного риск-ориентированного подхода, обеспечивающего баланс между достижимыми темпами роста, доходностью и допустимым уровнем финансовой устойчивости в условиях нестабильной экономической конъюнктуры.
