Особое внимание автор уделяет экономическим выгодам применения БАРС, во многом детерминирующим расширение масштабов производства, продажи и использования БАРС в вооруженных конфликтах. Автор выявляет причины, обусловившие расширяющееся применение военных роботов в театре военных действий, и выявляет критерии, по которым должна оцениваться законность новых видов вооружений с точки зрения МГП.Анализируются комплексные правовые основы международно-правового регулирования применения БАРС, а также поднимается вопрос соотношения международно-правового и внутригосударственного регулирования применения БАРС.
