xml:lang="ru"> <p>геморрагическая лихорадка с почечным синдромом (ГЛПС) является природно-очаговым инфекционным заболеванием, которое представляет собой угрозу общественному здравоохранению. Большинство случаев ГЛПС в России регистрируются в Поволжье, где в качестве инфекционного агента в основном идентифицируется вирус Пуумала (PUUV). Лечение ГЛПС носит симптоматический характер, при этом отсутствие специфических мер профилактики, равно как и одобренных вакцин, являются существенным недостатком. С недавнего времени микровезикулы (МВ) рассматриваются в качестве перспективных носителей для доставки вакцинных антигенов, поскольку было показано, что они индуцируют врожденные и адаптивные иммунные реакции. Целью настоящего исследования являлась оценка эффективности (МВ) в качестве средств для доставки структурных белков PUUV и индукция иммунного ответа.
