Опираясь на предложенную автором типологию пяти профилей управленческого мышления в контексте ИИ-готовности, для каждого профиля определяется оптимальный формат развития – коучинг, менторинг, их сочетание или формирование организационной среды. Особое внимание уделяется профилю «стратег силы», для которого классические индивидуальные форматы неприменимы. Представлены кейсы из консультационной практики автора. Показана связь типологии с двухконтурной моделью диагностики лидерского потенциала.</p> </abstract>      <trans-abstract xml:lang="en"> <p>The article presents a differentiated approach to developing leaders&#039; readiness to integrate artificial intelligence into the management system. Drawing on the author&#039;s typology of five managerial mindset profiles in the context of AI readiness, an optimal development format is defined for each profile — coaching, mentoring, their combination, or the shaping of an organizational environment. Particular attention is given to the «Strategist of Power» profile, for which classical individual development formats are inapplicable. Cases from the author&#039;s consulting practice are presented.
