В статье представлена парадигма методологической поддержки клиента (методологического скаффолдинга в коучинге), реализуемая через мультиагентные ИИ-системы (МАС). В отличие от одноагентных архитектур (ChatGPT, Сlaude, Gemini и др.), МАС позволяют организовать «консилиум» специализированных агентов под управлением человека-коуча. Теоретическую основу составляет интеграция теории самоопределения (SDT), протокола MAC (практик осознанности) и концепции скаффолдинга. Представлена гибридная модель «коуч как дирижёр оркестра ИИ-агентов» с семью этапами работы.
