Основное внимание уделяется характерным гематологическим нарушениям, включая полицитемию, тромбоцитопению, нейтрофилию и лимфоцитопению. Актуальность исследования определяется высокой частотой развития различных патологий у пациентов с синдромом Дауна, в частности транзиторного аномального миелопоэза (ТАМ) и повышенного риска развития лейкозов.
