Обоснована необходимость системного совмещения указанных форматов как условия повышения качества подготовки специалистов инженерного профиля. На теоретическом уровне проанализированы концептуальные основания гибридного обучения с опорой на теорию трансакционной дистанции, когнитивную теорию учебной нагрузки и конструктивистскую педагогику. На практическом уровне сформулированы принципы распределения учебных ресурсов между синхронными и асинхронными режимами работы, описаны технологические решения для реализации интеграции. Приведены результаты эмпирического исследования, подтверждающие эффективность системной интеграции форматов взаимодействия для формирования профессиональных компетенций обучающихся.
