исследование смежных прав – быстро развивающаяся область юридической науки, поскольку список стран, предоставляющих их, непрерывно пополняется. В статье анализируется современная международная ситуация в данной сфере, а также рассматриваются недавно принятые либо до сих пор обсуждаемые законодательные акты, например, законопроект по смежным правам, обсуждавшийся в Соединенных Штатах с целью распространения «смежных прав» на граждан США, а также текущее финансовое влияние роялти от смежных прав на мировой музыкальный бизнес.
