Arnold, 1993).На основе анализа предыдущих определений автор предлагает и обосновывает собственное определение профессиональной личности и излагает собственную концепцию языковой личности, объединившую концепции языковой личности Ю.Н. Караулова и вторичной языковой личности И.И. Халеевой, а также гипотезу Л.В. Яроцкой.В работе подчеркивается значимость внедрения ИКТ и гипермедиа в программы обучения иностранным языкам для эффективного формирования коммуникативных компетенций и значимость гипертекстовой среды в целом для решения актуальных учебных задач в новой образовательной парадигме.</p> </abstract>      <trans-abstract xml:lang="en"> <p>the chapter analyzes the needs of the modern labour market for highly qualified professionals with a highly developed professional communicative personality, and the possibility of forming the professional personality based on at least two communicative competencies developed on the basis of the native and foreign languages.Based on the study, the author has identified significant characteristics of the digital environment in relation to the goals of heterogeneous and autonomous learning, relevant for both distance and open learning, their positive impact on the effectiveness of the educational process and its results, coming to a conclusion of the importance of the digital environment for the gradual transformation of “pedagogy of teaching” into “pedagogy of opportunity” (R.
