в работе проанализированы потребности современного рынка труда в высококвалифицированных профессионалах, обладающих высокоразвитой профессиональной коммуникативной личностью, и возможности формирования профессиональной личности на основе, по крайней мере, двух коммуникативных компетенций – на основе родного и иностранного языков. На основе проведенного исследования выявлены значимые характеристики цифровой среды применительно к целям гетерономного и автономного обучения, актуальные как для дистанционного, так и для открытого обучения, проанализировано их положительное влияние на эффективность учебного процесса и его результатов и сделан вывод о значимости цифровой среды для постепенной трансформации педагогики обучения в педагогику возможностей (R. Arnold, 1993). На основе анализа предыдущих определений автор предлагает и обосновывает собственное определение профессиональной личности и излагает собственную концепцию языковой личности, объединившую концепции языковой личности Ю.Н. Караулова и вторичной языковой личности И.И. Халеевой, а также гипотезу Л.В. Яроцкой. В работе подчеркивается значимость внедрения ИКТ и гипермедиа в программы обучения иностранным языкам для эффективного формирования коммуникативных компетенций и значимость гипертекстовой среды в целом для решения актуальных учебных задач в новой образовательной парадигме.

the chapter analyzes the needs of the modern labour market for highly qualified professionals with a highly developed professional communicative personality, and the possibility of forming the professional personality based on at least two communicative competencies developed on the basis of the native and foreign languages. Based on the study, the author has identified significant characteristics of the digital environment in relation to the goals of heterogeneous and autonomous learning, relevant for both distance and open learning, their positive impact on the effectiveness of the educational process and its results, coming to a conclusion of the importance of the digital environment for the gradual transformation of “pedagogy of teaching” into “pedagogy of opportunity” (R. Arnold, 1993). Based on the conducted analysis of previous definitions, the author offers and justifies her own definition of “professional personality” and sets out her own concept of the linguistic personality, which combines the concept of a linguistic personality developed by Yury Karaulov and the concept of a secondary linguistic personality developed by Irina Khaleyeva, as well as the hypothesis proposed by Lyubov Yarotskaya. The work emphasizes the importance of introducing ICTs and hypermedia into foreign language teaching programmes for an effective formation of communicative competencies and the importance of the hypertext environment as a whole for solving urgent educational problems in the new educational paradigm.
