в статье рассматривается проблема определения авторских прав на произведения, созданные искусственным интеллектом (ИИ). Автор анализирует существующие подходы к пониманию авторства в контексте ИИ, выделяя три основные модели: ИИ как инструмент, ИИ как автор и совместное авторство человека и машины. В статье обсуждаются текущее состояние правового регулирования в этой сфере и перспективы его развития с учетом опыта отдельных стран и необходимости международной гармонизации. Подчеркивается важность междисциплинарного диалога и вовлечения всех заинтересованных сторон в процесс выработки сбалансированных правовых решений. В заключение автор приходит к выводу о необходимости адаптации авторского права к вызовам, связанным с развитием ИИ, как ключевого фактора формирования будущего интеллектуальной собственности и креативных индустрий.
