В статье анализируется уникальный вклад инструментов позитивной организационной психологии в развитие позитивного отклонения у лидеров через управленческий коучинг. Управленческий коучинг рассматривается как стратегический процесс развития лидерских компетенций, который позволяет лидерам выходить за рамки традиционных управленческих моделей и достигать нового уровня организационной эффективности. В исследовании рассматриваются ключевые инструменты позитивной организационной психологии, используемые в управленческом коучинге: коучинг, основанный на сильных сторонах, развитие устойчивости, осознанность и смыслообразование, качественные связи и лидерская энергетика, а также позитивная обратная связь и признание. Статья анализирует, как эти инструменты позволяют лидерам преодолеть ограничения традиционного управления, развивать инновационные модели лидерства и формировать организационную культуру, основанную на доверии и вовлеченности.
