Методологической основой выступает анализ теоретических и эмпирических данных, включая инновационные подходы Павленко С.А. по развитию самосознания через трансформационные психологические игры. Выявлено, что высокий уровень самосознания, включающий логоический уровень, способствует созданию благоприятной образовательной среды, улучшению коммуникации и повышению мотивации учащихся. Результаты исследования подчеркивают необходимость интеграции методов развития самосознания в профессиональную подготовку педагогов для повышения качества образования.</p> </abstract>      <trans-abstract xml:lang="en"> <p>the article examines the influence of the level of self-consciousness of the teacher on the quality of interaction with students and the effectiveness of the pedagogical process, taking into account modern theoretical developments in the field of educational psychology. The methodological basis is the analysis of theoretical and empirical data, including innovative approaches of Pavlenko S.A. on the development of self-consciousness through transformational psychological games. logical level, contributes to the creation of a favorable educational environment, improves communication and increases the motivation of students.
