На примере FC Barcelona и Bayern Munich анализируются особенности их цифровых коммуникаций, включая использование социальных сетей, официальных медиаплатформ и контент-стратегий. В работе показано, что подходы клубов к digital-коммуникациям различаются и во многом определяются их историей, ценностями и организационной культурой.
