На основе анализа отечественных и зарубежных исследований автором рассматриваются современные концептуализации алекситимии, методы её диагностики и психологические особенности лиц с выраженными алекситимическими характеристиками. В статье обосновываются и систематизируются подходы к организации коучинга и наставничества с клиентами, имеющими выраженные алекситимические черты. Автором выделяются ключевые принципы работы, включая развитие эмоциональной осознанности через опору на поведенческие, телесные и когнитивные компоненты опыта, использование визуализации и внешних опор, постепенный темп работы и адаптацию формата взаимодействия.
