Рассматриваются ключевые понятия: когнитивное слияние, эмпирическое избегание, психологическая гибкость. Представлены философские (функциональный контекстуализм), теоретические (теория реляционных фреймов) и практические (гексафлекс) основания Acceptance and Commitment Coaching (ACC). Анализируются зарубежные рандомизированные контролируемые исследования эффективности ACC и ACT-интервенций в рабочих контекстах. Показано, что механизмом изменений выступает рост психологической гибкости. Обсуждается научный разрыв: отсутствие оригинальных российских исследований ACC, неадаптированность опросников (AAQ-II, CompACT) для коучинговых выборок, неизученность культурной специфики. Приводятся примеры техник и сессии.
