Обращается внимание на то, что указанная модель не должна использоваться как самостоятельный инструмент психологической диагностики, кадрового отбора или прогнозирования профессиональной успешности. Наиболее корректным является ее применение как практико-ориентированной диагностики личности: наблюдаемого поведения, способов взаимодействия и задач развития. Предложено включение модели поведенческих реакций DISC в процесс коучинга персонала.
