Аннотаци
В главе представлены на английском языке результаты наших исследований, вышедших ранее на русском языке, для более широкого круга читателей, преподавателей, ученых. Исследование посвящено инструменту, использующемуся при формировании мотивационного компонента курсантов морского вуза, который оказывает огромное значение на формирование их профессиональной компетентности, особенно, когда профессиональная подготовка проводится в смешанном формате. В разработанной нами модели формирования мотивационного компонента профессиональной компетентности курсантов морского вуза в условиях смешанного обучения в качестве инструмента оценки и диагностики применяется профессиографический мониторинг, который мало изучен в настоящее время. С помощью него становится возможным не только динамичная количественная оценка уровня мотивационного компонента, но и корректировка образовательного процесса.
