Abstract

Development in terms of physical condition is of great importance for a person; it's his health. This is the process of changing the forms and functions of the human body under the influence of living conditions. A physically active person will be invulnerable, both in terms of health and in terms of psychology. This article is devoted to the theory and methods of physical education.
