Abstract
In the model proposed in the article presents a psychological-pedagogical construct of information technologies introduction in university training. The construct is aimed at implementing the principles of using these technologies (targeting, accessibility, redundancy, diversity, dialogueness, sensitivity, synergy, updateability, systematicity, scientificity, etc.), adherence to which makes it possible to deploy a full-fledged educational communications that ensure the development of students' personal potential.
