Abstract

В статье предлагается «объяснительная» модель малоэффективному государственному управлению и регулированию социально-экономическим развитием регионов необъятной Российской Федерации. Проводится мысль об имманентном российской ментальности пространственном архетипе как факторе, сдерживающем поступательное развитие регионов страны.
