Abstract

Статья исследует роль экологического права в продвижении устойчивого развития и рассматривает новые возможности для юридической практики, которые возникают в результате глобальных экологических вызовов. Основное внимание уделяется анализу того, как юридические инструменты и рамки могут способствовать охране окружающей среды, справедливому использованию ресурсов и экономической устойчивости.
