Abstract

Коучинговые технологии в цифровом мире развиваются быстрыми темпами. С появлением языковых моделей искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) возникает больше возможностей для применения коучинговых технологий для помощи клиентам в достижении их целей, экономии средств и времени, в отличие от классического коучинга лицом к лицу. В работе проведен систематический анализ литературы, опубликованной в международных научных изданиях того, как сейчас используется и исследуется ИИ в коучинговой сфере, приведены примеры того, как ИИ может использоваться в коучинговой работе, а также проанализированы возможности и барьеры для использования ИИ в коучинговой работе. Результаты немногочисленных исследований показывают, ИИ может быть также эффективен в коучинговой работе, как и человек, а этичного взаимодействия и лучших результатов в настоящее время можно достичь в симбиозе человека и ИИ.
