Abstract

В статье приводятся данные иммунофенотипа клеток кожи человека 5-го пассажа с использованием поверхностных маркеров дифференцировки клеток при однократном воздействии УФО. Отмечено УФО-индуцируемое снижение доли низкодифференцированных фибробластов (иммунофенотип CD117-/CD90+), зрелых дифференцированных меланоцитов (иммунофенотип CD117+/CD90-) и увеличение популяции малодифференцированных клеток (иммунофенотип CD117+/CD90+).
