Abstract

В статье рассмотрен краткий исторический правовой экскурс устойчивого развития, причины повышения внимания к проблемам экологии, необходимости правового регулирования деятельности компаний по антропогенному воздействию на окружающую среду; освещены основные идеи ведущих международных правовых документов, регулирующих вопросы устойчивого развития; на основе мнений экспертов и участников рынка приведен опыт некоторых крупных российских компаний по внедрению принципов ESG в свою деятельность.
