Abstract

В статье рассматриваются основные проблемы в области ипотечного кредитования в России и Чувашской Республике. Рынок недвижимости оказался под давлением сокращения льготных ипотечных программ, высоких цен на жильё и ключевой ставки. Вместе с этим возрастает задолженность по ипотечным кредитам и увеличение сроков по ним. Всё это создаёт риски не только для застройщиков, но и для банков.
