Abstract

В статье рассматривается актуальная проблема эмоционального выгорания учителя. Выделены некоторые факторы развития данного негативного состояния у учителей и симптомы проявления. Подчеркивается, что знание и понимание природы и сущности эмоционального выгорания, умение проводить самодиагностику признаков, помогут определить пути и методы его профилактики и коррекции.
