Abstract

В статье рассмотрена интеграция реконструкции и модернизации промышленных предприятий Азербайджана как комплекс мер по их переустройству. Отмечено, что к ним можно отнести замену устаревшего оборудования, внедрение наукоемких технологий, строительство новых производственных цехов и организацию дополнительных, необходимых для эффективного производственного процесса структурных производств. Особенность промышленности по уровню потенциала заключается в том, что их экономического развитие зависит от влияния целого ряда внешних факторов, важнейшими из которых являются рыночная конъюнктура. На основе анализа работы ведущих стран по модернизации инфраструктурных систем промышленности сделан вывод, что банки развитых стран постоянно увеличивают свою гарантийную поддержку и деятельность по созданию благоприятных условий для привлечения капитала частного сектора на «капитализации» для инфраструктуры. Рекомендуется применение зарубежного опыта на промышленных предприятиях республики.
