Abstract

В статье произведен анализ понятия, значения и видов осмотра места происшествия как неотложного следственного действия. Автором отмечается следующее: правильность проведения осмотра места происшествия влияет на принятие решения о квалификации деяния, а его оперативность позволит сохранить следы преступления.
