Abstract

В статье описывается авторский метод работы в роли командного коуча с когнитивными искажениями (или ловушками мышления) команды. Приводятся исследования автора эффективности использования данного метода. Рассматриваются примеры когнитивных искажений в команде, а также то, какие модели поведения когнитивные искажения могут формировать в командах и как это может влиять на производительность командной работы. Описан кейс использования командного коучинга в работе с командой с целью снижения влияния командных когнитивных искажений на эффективность работы. В статье также анализируется потенциал для будущих исследований. Статья ориентирована на командных коучей, бизнес-тренеров, фасилитаторов, лидеров команд и всех тех, кто интересуется темой когнитивных искажений в контексте командной работы.
