Abstract

В статье представлен анализ коучингового кейса применения метода внутренней команды, разработанного Фридеманом Шульцем фон Туном, родоначальником коммуникативной психологии. На примере двухчасовой коучинговой сессии демонстрируются механизмы эффективной интеграции различных аспектов личности для достижения целостного развития и повышения личной эффективности. Особое внимание уделяется уникальной способности метода активировать внутренние ресурсы через визуализацию и диалог с различными частями личности.
