Abstract

Коучинговое консультирование с техниками гештальт-терапии является молодым, но перспективным направлением работы с клиентами, сочетающим в себе конкретные модели работы с целями и задачами клиента, а также методики более глубинной работы с личностью. Такой симбиоз подходов позволяет сочетать ориентацию как на процесс, так и на результат этих изменений. При интегративном подходе получается уделять внимание психоэмоциональному состоянию клиента и его телесному проживанию ситуаций, что позволяет более точно и качественно работать с его мотивами и целями.
