Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросу психологии экстремальных ситуаций и способам оказания психологической помощи людям для нормализации их психоэмоционального состояния. Даются практические рекомендации для снижения уровня тревожности. Подчеркивается значимость обеспечения физической безопасности и возможности самопомощи для тех, кто сталкивается с экстремальными ситуациями. В статье акцентируется внимание на уникальности каждой экстремальной ситуации и необходимости чуткости к потребностям окружающих.
