Abstract

Исследование посвящено применению психоаналитического коучинга для переработки организационных травм и потерь через запуск работы горя и восстановление креативности. На основе концепций З. Фрейда, М. Кляйн, Д. Винникотта, У. Биона и современных исследований психодинамики организаций анализируется влияние непереработанного горя на вовлечённость и продуктивность. Особое внимание уделяется двойственной природе креативности и защитным механизмам, включая цинизм. Эмпирическое исследование подтверждает эффективность коучинга в снижении тревоги и формировании новой идентичности. Подчёркивается отличие подхода от терапии ориентацией на бизнес-цели и его актуальность в условиях турбулентности.
