Abstract

At present, personnel management is one of the important problems of the management of a logistics organization interested in increasing its efficiency. In this regard, the conducted study, including the results of the assessment of the current state of personnel management in a logistics organization, is relevant and significant. In the process of work, general- and specific scientific methods for conducting an assessment of personnel management in a logistics organization were used. The result of the conducted study was management information on the current state, problems and measures to improve the efficiency of personnel management in a logistics organization, which is necessary and will allow its manager to make rational management decisions.
