Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы взаимодействия религиозных норм с нормами светского права, участвующие в процессах правообразования как в России, так и за рубежом. Внимание останавливается на процедурах становления канонического права и роли религиозных объединений в развитии правовых систем. Объясняется необходимость концептуальных исследований рассматриваемой проблемы.
