Abstract

В статье рассмотрены складские бизнес-процессы торговой компании, отражена последовательность необходимых логистических операций. В рамках складирования готовой продукции (а именно одноразовой посуды) даны рекомендации для обеспечения эффективной работы склада и сокращения оборачиваемости товара.
