The article discusses the effectiveness and importance of forensic linguistic expertise as a separate and independent type of expertise, and also defines its place and role in the system of forensic examinations. On the example of real judicial precedents and existing laws of the Russian Federation, the positive aspects of forensic linguistic expertise, as well as its significance in the modern world, are demonstrated.
