the article examines the signs of bankruptcy crimes characterizing the official posi-tion of a person, the authors analyze the validity and relevance of introducing spe-cial differentiating features in Articles 195, 196, 197 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, investigate the problems of law enforcement practice in the process of qualification of these norms.
