Comparative Analysis of Individual Grounds for Overturning Court Decisions in the Appeal Procedure under the Civil Legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus
Annotation
This scientific article examines certain grounds for the unconditional reversal of court decisions. The author conducts a comparative legal analysis of these grounds based on the civil procedural legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. The appeal appears to be a new institution for reviewing court decisions for the Republic of Belarus, and there is an opportunity to compare the interpretation and rights granted to participants in the trial of different states.
