as a result of the security threat posed by the proliferation of nuclear and missile technologies, the Proliferation Security Initiative was developed. Однако эффективность Инициативы ставится под вопрос по причине недостижения согласия с рядом государств. Статья раскрывает особенности участия России в данной инициативе.
