Авторы пришли к выводу о том, в настоящее время интеллектуальная собственность является наиболее уязвимой областью правовой защиты в цифровом пространстве. В эпоху глобальной цифровизации появилось множество проблем и нарушений в изучаемой сфере, требующих принятия серьезных мер по их устранению.
