On the development of agricultural tourism in the Russian Federation
Annotation
The scientific project examines the current problems of regulatory regulation of the construction of rural tourism facilities in the Russian Federation, with special attention to the specifics of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region. The study is based on an analysis of current legislation, including the latest changes in 2021-2024, regulating rural tourism, as well as an assessment of existing legal barriers related to land use, permissive construction procedures and the classification of accommodation facilities.
