the monograph clearly shows three parts. The first part contains a vector analysis of a group of equations often referred to as the «Maxwell Equations». Actually one equation belongs to Maxwell's pen, in which he introduced the so-called «bias current». Analysis shows that this current is an extra postscript and interferes with the mutual consistency of the group of equations.
