Using of snow in physics laboratory work
Annotation
This article discusses the organization of physics laboratory work using snow masses. Snow plays two roles in educational experiments: as an object of study and as an auxiliary tool (cooler or support surface). The content of five laboratory exercises with snow, tested at the Tynda branch of the Far Eastern State Transport University, has been described. Particular attention is paid to the methodology of conducting such exercises and the ways to reinforcing the studied material covered.
