    At present, the domestic theory of organizational management is going through a difficult period of adaptation to the new conditions of the market economy, to the scientific rethinking and justification of the inclusion of foreign concepts and terms in its conceptual apparatus, giving relevance to modern scientific provisions of the domestic theory of organizational management in their practical activities. It should be noted that today it is important to remove from use a number of foreign terms that have no scientific feasibility for their inclusion in the conceptual apparatus of the domestic theory of management and at the same time to determine the scientific essence and place in the conceptual apparatus of those foreign concepts that are actively used by both researchers and practitioners in their professional activities. And an important condition for the effectiveness of the development of the domestic theory of organizational management in modern conditions is, firstly, the exclusion of «blurring» and «rewriting» by researchers the content of the basic concept of «management» for each specific situation, and secondly, the need for scientific justification of the essence and content of the concept of «management» introduced into the conceptual apparatus of the domestic theory of organizational management, as well as its place in the conceptual apparatus in relation to the concept of «management».

    В работе рассматривается теория подражания, популярная в воспитательной и образовательной практике Китайской Народной Республики. Признавая подражание результатом многократных повторений, продуктом длительного развития и преобразования имитационных действий человека (Ж. Пиаже). Авторы связывают эту теорию с имитационными процессами в музыкальном искусстве и анализируют ее как один из методов музыкально-эстетического воспитании в современной семье. На первом году жизни у детей развивается умение прислушиваться к звукам, на втором – звукоподражание, запоминание и узнавание мелодий; в процессе третьего года жизни интенсивно развивается собственно музыкальное восприятие. Систематическая работа семьи по музыкально-эстетическому воспитанию детей позволяет ребенку на третьем году жизни исполнять короткие несложные песенки. Семейные музыкальные традиции укрепляют устои семьи и обеспечивают тесное общение родителей и детей.

    Профессиональная деятельность преподавателя понимается и концептуализируется по-разному. Распространенное мнение заключается в том, что преподаватель является неотъемлемой частью системы передачи знаний, а его работа с учебной программой – техническим упражнением. Однако вместо того чтобы позиционировать педагогов как ретрансляторов явной информации, теория интерпретации (герменевтика) предупреждает о сложностях и неопределенностях, присущих чтению, оценке и применению текстов. Таким образом, герменевтика подрывает основные предположения технико-трансмиссионного понимания учебного процесса. В статье исследуется вклад герменевтического подхода к изучению и теоретизированию учебной программы преподавателями.

    В последние десятилетия экономисты стали проявлять все больший интерес к пониманию деятельности некоммерческих фирм, которые сочетают в себе такие признаки, как частность, с одной стороны, и некоммерческое распределение, с другой. Было предложено два типа теорий, объясняющих, почему такое сочетание имеет смысл. Один тип традиционно обозначается как теория провала рынка и, соответственно, рассматривает некоммерческую организацию как особое решение проблемы провала рынка. Другой тип, традиционно обозначаемый как теория предложения, рассматривает некоммерческую организацию как выход для альтруизма, идеологического предпринимательства и реализации социальных ценностей. Эти типы теорий часто считаются взаимодополняющими, поскольку они призваны объяснить различные части неоднородного некоммерческого сектора. Таким образом, значимое эмпирическое взаимодополнение теорий провала рынка и теории предложения предстоит продемонстрировать в данной статье.

    The historical and practical experience of choreography has a phasing and hierarchy of the levels of mental activity, which can be traced in the history of dance culture through plastic codes. The phenomenon of choreographic art in the classical ages lies in the fact that within the late XVI–XIX centuries in Europe (Italy, France, Denmark) complex cultural processes and intersections of a biosemiotic nature took place simultaneously: on the one hand, this is the formation of a ‘new’ human worldview, and on the other, the formation of a ‘new’ model of scientific and an artistic picture of the world. Where the boundaries of the art of dance (the emergence of new genres, language and style) and cultural and historical time in different countries do not always coincide. In all this, the dominant side should also exist: finding of means (a rule, a method, a norm) and forms (creative thought, will, creative impulses, creative spirit) in the transformation of the foundations of the world order.
