  • THE USE OF THE COUPLED IMPACT METHOD IN THE TRAINING OF YOUNG ACROBATS, "LOWER" AT THE AGE OF 11-12 YEARS

    Abstract:
    The article presents the results of a study on the effectiveness of the conjugate impact method in the special physical training of 11-12-year-old female acrobats specializing in the "lower" position in pair and group acrobatics. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the author's set of exercises aimed at simultaneously developing physical qualities and forming biomechanical patterns characteristic of the basic partner. A six-month pedagogical experiment involved 16 athletes divided into a control group (CG, n=8) and an experimental group (EG, n=8). The results of the final testing showed a statistically significant increase in the EG in terms of the strength endurance of the leg extensors and the shoulder girdle (pistols and push-ups), which confirmed the effectiveness of the method for the purposeful training of "lower" athletes to perform throwing and balancing elements.

    Abstract:
    The chapter discusses the issues of improving balance skills and balancing in group acrobatics. An analysis of specialized literature on the biomechanical and physiological aspects of the athlete's body balance and the peculiarities of performing group balance elements has been conducted. Based on the analysis of competitive programs, pedagogical observations, and surveys of coaches in paired-group acrobatics, trends in the changing requirements for competitive programs have been identified, including an increase in the complexity of static and dynamic elements, which underlines the importance of developing stability and balancing skills. The results of pedagogical observations indicate a lack of systematization in the methodologies for developing the function of balance and balancing skills in the training process. A survey of coaches revealed disagreements regarding the significance of vestibular stability, balancing skills, and muscle strength. A reorganization of the training process has been proposed, including targeted functional training and the teaching method of the «Mexican Pyramid». The research results provide practical recommendations for coaches and athletes aimed at improving the quality of performing group balance elements and enhancing sports performance.

    Abstract:
    Цель исследования заключается в изучении методов цветомоделировки в художественной росписи по ткани и их интеграции в дизайне интерьера в рамках системы среднего профессионального образования (СПО). В работе используются методы анализа литературных источников, экспериментальные занятия, анкетирование и тестирование участников. Материалы включают данные, полученные в результате практических занятий студентов-дизайнеров, оценённые с помощью сравнительного анализа и статистических методов. Результаты показывают, что интеграция как традиционных (батик, шибори), так и современных технологий (цифровая печать) способствует повышению качества подготовки специалистов, улучшению визуальной гармонии интерьеров и росту профессиональных компетенций учащихся. Выводы подтверждают значимость методических рекомендаций для образовательных программ СПО и дальнейших исследований в области дизайна интерьера.
