    Abstract:
    This article explores the pressing issue of developing preschool-age children's reading competence through the creation of a comprehensive reading infrastructure within preschool educational institutions. Drawing on the "Concept of the National Program for Supporting Children's and Youth Reading in the Russian Federation," the authors explore the structural components of this infrastructure: motivational, environmental, spatial-temporal, and communicative. Particular attention is paid to the practical implementation of the proposed model within the framework of a municipal innovation platform, demonstrating the path from theoretical concept to the creation of an environment in kindergarten where children not only learn to read but also truly fall in love with books.

  • A practice-oriented model for preparing future computer science teachers to implement elements of the digital educational environment

    Abstract:
    This chapter addresses the pressing issue of modernizing the training of future computer science teachers at pedagogical universities. The research is motivated by a contradiction between the new requirements for a computer science teacher as an architect of the school's digital educational environment and the insufficient practice-oriented focus of existing curricula. Based on an analysis of graduates' professional deficits and regulatory challenges, the author develops and scientifically substantiates an original practice-oriented training model. Its core consists of specialized practical modules integrated into academic disciplines, aimed at building skills in deploying and administering key elements of the digital educational environment (Apache/Nginx web servers, DBMS, LMS Moodle). The methodological foundation is formed by competency-based and practice-oriented approaches; methods of theoretical analysis, pedagogical modeling, and approbation were used. The model's implementation is supported by a unique environment of educational server platforms («server sandbox," KVM platform). Approbation in the educational process of VGSPU confirmed the model's effectiveness, demonstrated by the development of students' readiness to assume the role of developer and administrator of an educational organization's digital infrastructure. The results are valuable for teacher training university lecturers and educational program developers.

    В статье представлен теоретический анализ специфики структуры и содержания представлений об окружающем мире у слабослышащих обучающихся подросткового возраста (5–9 классы). Целью исследования является комплексное описание данной системы представлений через выделение ее ключевых компонентов. На основе анализа психолого-педагогической литературы выделено и охарактеризовано трехкомпонентная структура, включающая когнитивный, образно-чувственный и ценностно-смысловой блоки. Установлено, что содержание представлений слабослышащих подростков характеризуется конкретностью, опорой на визуальный опыт, фрагментарностью логических связей и зависимостью от речевого развития и социального опыта.

  • Venture financing: the Exit Strategies of Investors in the U.S. Market

    Analysis of statistical data showed that mergers and acquisitions remain the most common exit strategy for venture capital investors in the United States in 2020-2025. Due to the 2023 venture capital crisis and the US market's 2025 volatility, investors were cautious about IPOs. Reports from consulting companies show that a similar practice has developed in the European market, but it is different in the Asian market: the ratio of mergers and acquisitions and IPOs in Asian countries is almost equal. The author concludes that the founders and management of companies should consider IPOs as a key goal of venture business development, and at the same time be prepared that the venture investor will not wait for the IPO, but will want to exit the business earlier, using a merger and acquisition deal.

    Автор статьи подчеркивает, что построение гражданского общества требует тщательного исследования социальных интересов, которые выступают побудительным мотивом деятельности людей. Наличие многих классов, слоев, разительно отличающиеся по доходам, уровню жизни и т. п., вызывает противостояние социальных интересов. Методологически они требуют своего исследования посредством включения в систему общественных отношений, выявления общего интереса, воплощением которого выступает социальное государство. Выявлены ключевые подходы к определению и систематизации социальных интересов как сложного социального явления, а также методы их изучения с учетом социально-психологических и социологических аспектов.

    В статье системно проанализированы ключевые проблемы развития бокса в Республике Саха (Якутия): инфраструктурные ограничения, кадровый дефицит, нестабильное финансирование, недостаточная система отбора и поддержки талантов, а также специфика подготовки в условиях сурового климата и расселения. На базе анализа нормативных документов, региональных отчётов и полуструктурированных интервью с тренерами и администраторами сформулированы практические рекомендации, направленные на создание устойчивой региональной модели развития бокса. Представленные предложения ориентированы на реализацию в пятилетней перспективе и включают меры по цифровизации учёта, мобилизации малой инфраструктуры и повышению квалификации тренерского состава.

В рамках двух основных подходов исследователь основной акцент переносит на специфику нефинансовой отчетности, механизм ее формирования. В рамках широкого подхода исследуется система субъектов финансовой отчетности в условиях трансформации рыночной экономики и рыночных отношений. В рамках узкого подхода толкования данного феномена эксперт анализирует взаимосвязь всех звеньев нефинансовой отчетности. В соответствии с представленными подходами эксперт обобщает понятие «нефинансовая отчетность», а также дает характеристику инструментарию ее формирования.

    В статье рассмотрены экономические аспекты внедрения генетических технологий в систему здравоохранения. Проанализированы перспективы применения геномных исследований для диагностики наследственных заболеваний, прогнозирования предрасположенности к патологиям смешанной природы и персонализированной лекарственной терапии. Отмечено, что снижение стоимости секвенирования генома создает условия для расширения применения метода, однако значительная часть расходов связана с сопутствующими процедурами – консультациями, биоинформатическим анализом и хранением данных. Показано, что экономическая эффективность технологий наиболее высока при точечной диагностике и таргетной терапии, в то время как всеобщая расшифровка генома населения остается нецелесообразной. Особое внимание уделено макроэкономическим факторам, включая необходимость инвестиций в инфраструктуру, подготовку кадров и правовое регулирование. Сделан вывод о целесообразности поэтапного внедрения генетических технологий в клиническую практику с акцентом на сферы, где доказана медицинская и экономическая результативность.

    The comprehensive development of the territory of the Russian Federation and its corresponding infrastructure has been a priority for not just many years, but centuries of the historical existence of our country. As a legacy from the USSR, and earlier from the Russian Empire, modern Russia simultaneously received a developed transport and related infrastructure at a basic level, corresponding to the realities of the 19th and 20th centuries, but on the other hand, already quite worn out, and often not changed since the 50s of the last century. The transformation of the country into a modern digital economy is happening at an accelerated pace, budget financing is growing, national projects and goals are regularly formed, infrastructure in Russia has been built haphazardly for several decades: there is no clear plan for the comprehensive development of territories, unified statistics and assessment of the state of infrastructure facilities. Infrastructure development is one of the key factors in economic growth and improving the quality of life of the population. However, the implementation of infrastructure projects requires significant financial costs, which cannot always be covered by budget funds. In this regard, the issue of finding effective ways to finance infrastructure projects becomes relevant. The purpose of this work is to study the possibilities of financing infrastructure projects and to develop practical recommendations for choosing the most effective financing methods based on the effective use of rational land management methods and management of available land resources.

    The development of domestic tourism increases interest in small, peripheral cities, which are becoming increasingly popular among tourists. Small cities play a crucial role in the economy of regions, supporting and developing tourism, agriculture, and industry, and providing employment opportunities. Their development contributes to creating a comfortable living environment, attracting tourists, and preserving cultural heritage. However, small cities face a number of challenges, including a lack of tourism infrastructure, a shortage of personnel interested in preserving and promoting their unique culture, and a lack of awareness among potential tourists. Solving the problems typical of tourism development in small cities will not only contribute to the influx of tourists to the destination, but also to the formation of a city brand that is known beyond its borders. Supporting cultural initiatives at the state level allows for the most effective interaction with city administrations and their involvement in the tourism sector. A comprehensive approach to urban development aims to create new strategies for cultural, tourism, and historical heritage preservation, as well as for creating a comfortable urban environment. The cultural code and cultural identity of cities serve as the foundation for the spatial development strategy of the Russian Federation.

The interest in improving the professional mobility of students in non-core areas of training by means of information technology is due to the qualitative and quantitative processes of informatization. The paper analyzes the process of formation of the essence of professional mobility among university students in non-core areas of training by means of information technology. The study of the features of the formation of this essence among university students of non-core areas of training by means of digital technologies in the scientific and pedagogical aspect is due to the problematic features of the formation of professional mobility in this category of trainees.
