    Abstract:
    The article examines the issue of psychological and pedagogical support for primary school children during their adaptation to first-grade schooling. The relevance of the topic is обусловлена тем, что the beginning of school education is accompanied by changes in the child’s social situation of development, an increase in academic workload, the need to accept new rules of behavior, and the need to build relationships with the teacher and peers. The purpose of the study is to identify the specific features of first-graders’ adaptation and to assess the effectiveness of a psychological and pedagogical support program.

    Abstract:
    В статье представлены результаты исследования изменения отношения детей к школе от первого класса ко второму. Показано, что период адаптации в первом классе может быть связан с системой подготовки старшего дошкольника к обучению. Выделены трудности первоклассников с несформированным отношением к обучению в школе. Подчеркивается важность развития мотивационной готовности, произвольного поведения и коммуникативных навыков как ключевых компонентов успешной адаптации к школьному обучению.
