    The article discusses the current problem of graduate support during the state final assessment (GIA) and stress management methods accompanying this crucial stage. The paper considers both psychological aspects and practical recommendations for parents, teachers and graduates themselves. Special attention is paid to the formation of a positive attitude, the development of stress tolerance skills and the creation of a supportive environment. The article is intended for a wide range of readers, including students, their parents, teachers and psychologists.
